• My son is 18months and he loves this thing. So far I have only charged it once and it has lasted on and off riding since a little before Christmas. This thing is pretty tough and for the price it’s probably the best quality versus other ones available. I would definitely recommend this product.
• We were so glad to find an ATV small enough for our one year old. He turned one in December and received this for Christmas. He doesn’t understand that he has to push and hold the button down yet, but from reading other reviews, that comes around 18 months. The weather has not been nice enough to get much use, so in two months, he has only rode maybe 6 or 7 times. Other than the original charge, we have no charged it again. I think this will be a long lasting toy and I can’t wait for spring so our son can play with it more.

• Got this power wheels for my 1 year old and she loves it. It is easy to use, only has a push button to make it go. Just the right size for her(she is 29 inches tall), she can get on and off easily. We have used it on carpet, tile and concrete it works great. It works in grass, but does go a little slow, I expected that. The battery lasts a long time, still haven’t had to charge it yet! The only issue is she cannot steer the steering wheel yet, but I knew she would have issues with that before I purchased.
• Great product I would recomend this to any parent wanting to give this to their toddler, I havent given it to my daughter yet but this will be a great toy for her it looks very durable, the only complaint I have is the stickers are extremely hard to put on without wrinkles in them, other than that its great..AWESOME PRICE TO!!!

• We purchased this for my son’s 3rd birthday. We read some reviews that the traction wasn’t good enough, but we are completely happy with it. From a mom’s perspective, the “fast” speed is pretty fast, but my husband seems to think it’s just right.
  I would definitely recommend this product.
• This is the best for my little boy who just turned 2. He defintely needs help with steering but we locked out the high speed so its easy to keep up. Battery is fantastic. We’ve had it for weeks and havent even charged it yet.

• I was very pleased as to how the ATV performed and still is performing. My wife and I got this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas and for her, she handled it very well. The two speeds are manageable for her and stopping is easy. Setting it up was also easy. The only downfall with the ATV are the wheels. It handles better in grass, just wish the wheels were rubber to handle gravel roads better.
• This is perfect for my 3 & 4 year olds. It drives great over grass and sand. The seat is large enough for both girls to ride together. Very easy to steer. It does go pretty fast on the driveway so the girls know it is important to hold on to both handles before pushing the peddle. Much better than their 2 seater pink “escalade” from power wheels.

• We bought this for my going-to-be 3 years old son this christmas. My husband didn’t have trouble assembling it mostly. The hand grips was rather difficult to put on, but once we poured some rubbing alcohol in them, they slide right in. The decals are pretty cool looking. My son had the 6V powerwheels, so he just got right on this one, press the pedal and ready to go. He also learned the reverse feature right the way. It’s so much fun, and he’s riding it around the pavement and lawn outside perfectly.

Our youngest son's birthday was coming up and my wife and I decided we were going to purchase him a new kids four wheeler. He was turning seven years old and he had outgrown the Peg Perego Polaris we had purchased for him a couple of years ago. 

So, like with any significant toy purchase I plan on making, I went online to conduct thorough research and find the best and safest four wheelers for sale available. After looking into several different models I decided on the Razor Dirt Quad. 

Just like its long name, the Razor Dirt Quad Electric Four-Wheeled Off-Road Vehicle offers a long list of helpful and attractive features for your kid. While this may be overshadowed by the product’s simple design, still the product’s quality and performance will never disappoint.

Razor Dirt Quad Review

The Razor Dirt Quad is recommended for children over eight years old and in these situations, I tend to error on the side of caution. But, after reading several reviews from satisfied parents who had purchased it for their kids that were as young as four years old, I decided that it was ok for our son. Besides, it usually seems like companies are a little over cautious when they list the ages in order to avoid legal issues. 

I did, however, purchase a helmet with the quad. I think this is a good idea no matter what 4 wheeler or ride-on toy you plan on purchasing. Not only will it keep your child safe while riding, it also instills a good habit of wearing a helmet throughout their life.

Assembly

After receiving it two days after ordering it from Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to assemble. The only thing that is required is to attach the steering wheel and it is ready to go. I was able to do that in under 10 minutes. 

Safety

This is what I research the most when choosing a toy for our child. I did read from several parents that the Razor four wheeler has a high center of gravity and it is a step up in speed from what what kids are used to. So at first, kids aren't used to that and there is a potential of tipping. There will be an adjustment period for most. Fortunately, our son didn't have much trouble with this, but I do recommend starting out on dirt or grass, just in case. 

Power

This kids four wheeler definitely does not lack power. The weight limit is listed at 120 pounds, but some of the kids in the neighborhood weigh more than that and it carries them around with no problem. A few reviewers mentioned how their kids attached small trailers to the back to carry rocks, firewood, etc. and it had no problem doing that. I'm sure that's something the warranty won't cover, though. It also easily climbs hills in our back yard or at the neighborhood park. 

Traction

The Razor Dirt Quad comes with 13" pneumatic tires. These enable the 4 wheeler to  maneuver smoothly through several different types of terrain like grass, dirt, mud, and rock without any problems. Our son has even ridden it in the snow and it handled just fine. Also, it is worth noting that the rubber tires are much quieter on concrete than plastic tires like a lot of other toys have. They are also easy to replace, should you ever get a flat. 

Battery 

Several reviewers mentioned how others previously complained about battery problems. But after looking into it further, I noticed that some of the reviews dated all the way back to 2006. I think Razor has improved on this issue since that time. 

We have been satisfied with the battery life and charge time. I will say this, we do not store it in extreme cold conditions. And, I also instructed my son to not run the battery all the way down, by checking the indicator. If you follow the instructions and store it in the recommended temperature range, I don't think you should have any problems.

Summary

Our son loves the Razor Dirt Quad- and so do most of the neighborhood kids. I highly recommend this four wheeler for kids if you are considering getting your child one. You won't be disappointed.And because of these interesting features, the Razor Dirt Quad Four-Wheeled Off-Road Vehicle is a once in a lifetime adventure your child could never afford to miss.
